“Found a parking space quite easily. A shuttle bus was right behind me and the brilliant driver waited until I got the bags out of the car. He generously helped my partner with her bag and put it on the bus.
Return shuttle bus, only had to wait about five minutes with only another five minutes to get back to car park.
Only complaint is the gravel surface of the parking area which makes it difficult to move luggage around.”
“It was a nightmare I booked parking from 5 am the barrier would not open took 15 minutes for someone to come and help us after our weeks holiday it wouldn't let us out of the car park luckily a gentleman gave us a token to realise the barrier”
“Parking was not a problem at all. The issue was that on the return flight the chaotic lack of organisation for the pick up bus. There was upwards of 100 people waiting for transfers to the different JetParks but none for JetPark1. Total lack of an organised queueing system meant that those who had been waiting the longest ended up behind those just arriving, this included elderly people who could not cope with the fight for a place on the bus. This had to be one of the busiest weeks of the year and it is surprising that APH hadn’t the foresight to predict the volume of transfers that would be required. Eventually a lady driving a JetPark3 bus took the initiative to change for JetPark1 to alleviate the issue. She was brilliant and deserves some recognition - not one of the other drivers seemed to care. In total, we waited over an hour for a transfer but if it hadn’t been for the lady who changed her route I fear we’d still be there now!! Very poor - but high praise for the one driver already mentioned. We will never use APH again and will discourage others from doing so too.”
“Easy to find. Plenty of spaces. Shuttle buses frequent with friendly drivers.
Only gripe would be the gravel - Not ideal for dragging suitcases across and damaging them”
