“Outbound bus was very prompt and driver helpful despite somehow managing to be booked into the wrong carpark for the terminal we were flying from.
Return to car- driver helpful and polite. However bus stop badly signposted which resulted in missing the bus and waiting up to 45 mins for another.”

“Daytime shuttle busses maybe fine and run ok and on time But anything over midnight and the service takes a little longer when people are taken to other terminals to catch the jet parks 1 shuttle because the driver didn’t want to drive out to T1 for just 3 passengers. A shuttle is a shuttle isn’t it. This needs to be addressed”
“Smaller than many of the off-site car parks. Ample parking available on arrival and easily found. Very convenient for Terminal 2. Both bus drivers excellent - helpful and friendly.”
