“We prefer this to the other hotels booked via aph parking and hotels.the staff are very helpful rooms are comfortable and clean.the restaurant serves good quality food at a reasonable price and the bar staff are very good and friendly . The front desk are very good and provide you with everything you need for a good nights rest.”
“We arrived at the hotel late in the evening and checked in. Check in was very busy due to at least 3 families on their second and third times trying to enter their rooms with key cards that didn’t work. We went to our room which had a do not disturb sign on the door. I knocked a few times, peeked round the door and saw an unmade bed and the stench of smoke coming from the room was awful. We then went back down, joined the queue again, once again, lots of people who couldn’t get in, and we were allocated another room. The staff were not particularly apologetic, but did sort the issue. The next room was under average I would say. Very dirty carpets, stained bathroom with a leek from the room above. I felt it could have been much cleaner. I was pleased for the very early morning flight.”
“The bedroom was dated and there was no air conditioning and our bedroom was on a main road so was noisy if we opened the windows. There was a fan we could use but still not ideal!”
“Booked as a park and ride deal with APH airport parking with my blue light card.
Only stayed overnight as we had an early flight the next day.
Very clean tidy room,although small.
Wouldn't book any longer as we were kept up by children running about banging doors, being loud late at night so a bit of a pointless idea as we didn't get much sleep.
The APH parking was very well organised and would use again.”
“Comfortable & clean, but decor looking a bit tired. Only staying overnight as I had an early morning flight meant I did not get the opportunity to try the food so unable to comment on that. The receptionist also had to leave his post to attend to the lift which was stuck on the 2nd floor. As my room was to be on the 3rd and I have some mobility issues this concerned me and no air-con in the room (although there was a stand alone fan) when I got there was a big letdown. Fairly convenient for Airport & holiday parking arrangements.”
“Rooms were cleaned over rather than cleaned.
Room was baking hot, the fan we had was loud and broken, so we asked for a new one, having to call reception from my mobile as rhe phone in the room didn't work either.
The guy who answered the phone said "oh dear" about the phone and said he "would see if there is a spare fan about"
When he brought the new fan to us, my sister asked if he wanted to take the other one and he said "not if its broken no" and walked away.
The walls were paper thin, we could hear people using the toilet, unzipping their bags, plugging their phones in - we may as well have been in the same room.
We were only in the room 7 hours due to a early morning flight so it was a means to an end, but 100% won't stay again or recommend to anyone.”
