“Room was freezing, no heating provided. Lights not working in the room. Beds like concrete. Wouldn’t recommended. Glad I stayed the one night only. Poor.”
“Clean and tidy hotel with excellent reception staff to greet you. Nothing was a problem, good overnight stay. Had a meal in the restaurant, food was good and drinks at an average price. Would definitely stay again, very handy for Manchester Airport. Altrincham town center about 500 yards from the hotel, well worth a visit.”
“Quite possible the worst ‘hotel’ i have ever stayed in. Booking in process was a shambles, dinner was wrong and cold, room door wouldn’t close properly, room was 26 degrees and large window wouldn’t open, facilities were broken.
When this was relayed on leaving the receptionist was incredibly rude and unprofessional!
Customer services were as equally rude refusing to compensate for my experience.
