“My car was hit by another car and had a lot of damage. I was told their was no cctv. When you pay close to £100 for 4 days you expect your car to be in a safe place”
“Parking is convenient so that you can quickly get into the airport. Having said that, I think the price was a little steep for one night, especially when I had to spend a long time driving round to find an available space.”
“No parking spaces. Had to drive around all 4 floors for 30 minutes before I was lucky to find a space. Entry instructions were not correct. No number plate recognition. I was given a small token instead. When I put it into the pay station it asked for over £200 even though I had pre booked. I very stressful poor experience. I would give it 0 stars if I could”
“The entrance and exit were great and no problem at all. The distance to the terminal is excellent and couldn’t have been closer
The only problem was the car park was very full and so hard to find a space. It would be great if signs could indicate where available spaces were so you could go directly to them and avoid wasting time and extra stress!”
“The postcode provided led me to an instrustrial estate, tried calling customer service no answer - had to ask 3 people for help.. anyway on the way out I was nearly charged £220 because my Reg plate didn’t register I had pre booked!!!!”
