“Booked a 7.30 slot for Saturday and a midnight return on Sunday. Arrived collected my car barrier failed to open. Was told I was 25 hrs late ? Apparently I should have booked a time slot of 23.59 needles to say I had to pay an additional £25 0n top of the £59 already paid to get out I would not recommend parking was a nightmare 20mins to find a space very little room between car spaces would recommend either meet and greet or aph park and ride In the future.i Have requested a refund and i am still waiting the out come dissatisfied is an understatement”
“Having paid nearly £100 for a weeks parking in the multi storey, there were no spaces. I drove around the car park 5 times to no avail. Ended up having to park in the pick up zone which is supposed to be max stay 2 hours and spent the holiday worrying if my car was going to be ok. Very annoying when you have pre-paid”
“We were unable to find a free space on any level and eventually parked in the ground level uncovered section. All signs state this is the pick up area with maximum stay time. We contacted the staff at the pay kiosk who said it was OK to park there. Perhaps signage should make this clearer.”
“All the booking, arrival etc was perfect but please make it clear that if you park on level 2 it's not fully accessible from level 2! I spent 45 minutes looking for my car, convinced it had been stolen. Otherwise, make sure you enter the car park from the same entrance on returning. It was only due to finding a very helpful chap I didn't have a complete meltdown! . Some bay numbers would help (or higher dose of HRT) #stressful”
