“Despite booking well in advance, when we arrived in the car park there were virtually no spaces. We had to drive around for nearly 20 mins trying to find a space and had to go upto the penultimate level to find one which was so impossibly small (as it was next to the exit ramp), I had to climb out of the passenger door in order to allow the driver next to me to open his door.
We saw multiple people driving around trying to find a space and asking us if we had seen one.
Given that time is of the essence when travelling to the airport, such a long delay trying to find a sapce is very stressful.
Given that the booking is online and the number of spaces is known, the car park should not be so overbooked as to result in customers being unable to find a space within a reasonable time.
The spaces are also way too small for most modern cars other than very small cars.”

Had to get someone help me out of the car as no dpace to maneuver my wheelchair. Would of been better off over at APH.
WASTE OF MONEY VERY DISSAPOINTED.
Also a rip off charging 2 days when not even there for over 24 Hrs, arrived in the afternoon and left after I got back from Ireland over about 13 Hrs.”
