“Spent nearly 30 minutes driving across all floors to find a space, not a great way to start a holiday. Multiple other cars also searching for a space so was clearly oversold. Tried to call support and just got a robot response.”
“Easy to find! Easy to park! Great location for terminal 3 and well lit when arriving & leaving in the early hours, would definitely recommend. Only negative, it's a little pricey.”
“Returning from our stay it took us an hour to find our car. I was adamant I’d parked on level 2. We checked every level multiple times and couldn’t find the car. After an hour we did find it, it was indeed on level 2, but in a separate section, which can only be accessed by going through an emergency exit on level 3, going down some stairs and onto a separate smaller section of level 2. Very stressful and unnecessary.”
