“Super easy experience from start to finish. The communication, information within that (directions for example) and parking on the day were all brilliant. The only reason I didn't give very good was because of Manchester Airport more than APH, in terms of signage for other drivers who hadnt pre-paid, and finding the car park on return.
People who hadn't pre-paid were going in that lane to enter the car park and causing gridlock by having to reverse out of the spot.
..and on exit from the terminal (on foot) - the signage pointed in the opposite direction from where the car was parked because the sign said 'all car parks'. It's only because as we approached West I know ours was opposite in East.
But minor things really - all in all, I would use APH again. Always do when I need car parking at Manchester Airport :)”
“On exit it gave us a bill of £300 on the screen.Had to find staff to query this and finally we got let out. I had booked and paid for this way in advance and I expected a smooth entry and exit.”
