“Pre-booked and paid for parking spot at Manchester Airport Multi Storey T2 East in August. Arrived on time (early morning) only to find every parking space occupied. Along with other cars, I drove around and around looking for an empty space but gave up, and as time was moving on and the need to check in we parked in the 'Meet and Greet' car park next door.
Obviously overbooked. POOR.”
