“When we arrived at the entrance to the car park we were met by 2 staff members in high vis jackets who directed us on to the T2 West car park as the barriers had failed for this car park. We were told it would be ok to leave our car there and the bill would be sorted. We collected the token at the T2 West carpark and parked up with fingers crossed. Inn the terminal building I spoke to someone at the info desk and they gave me a number to phone on their phone, having spoke to someone I was again told to retain the token and on our return it would all be sorted. Fingers crossed. When we returned a week later i used the token at the exit gate and the screen said I owed £470!! but following a conversation with a very helpfull man on the phone system from the exit booth this was cleared and we drove happily away.”

“Seemed secure. We managed to find a space - but it was busier than we had hoped and we seemed to take the only accessible empty space (some empty ones against akward pillars. Stress free entry and exit to the site (both by car and on foot) excpet for some closed lifts when we returned. We saw secruity patrols around (we had to pop back to the car a few times - we must have looked dodgey!)”
