“My car had been written off and whilst I had changed my vehicle details on my account i didn't reallise i hadn't changed them on the booking. On arrival at 6.30 I pressed the buzzer and the gentleman was very understanding and helpful. I provided my old registration number and he sorted everything for me. Great service.”
“This was our first time and I missed the access turning and ended going through drop off and paying £5.00! Made it on the second run and we spotted our mistake. We struggled with the signage when exiting arrivals, following ‘to all car parks’ which took us too far west. We asked and the found it quite easy once we got our bearings. I’m sure we’ll be fine next time.”
