“Busy but hadn't geared up. After a holiday and flying back, everyone just wants to get home as quickly as possible. Having used APH for over 12 years, this was the worst pick up, by far. All three terminals were visited, passengers were getting off the bus and more getting on. The bus was full, people were waiting for the next bus and the driver was trying his best to accommodate everyone, but was slow in doing so. There should have been more buses around the airport with one doing terminal 1 and 3 and another terminal 2. People were saying on the bus "never again" which is not good for future business”
