“Disaster from start to finish, the transfer set off full from Car Park to Manchester Airport with clients standing. Dropped a few off at (1) picked people up that had arrived again full bus- each terminal clients had to get to allow departing travelers to get off the bus. Returning to Manchester. Full bus driver would Not help with our luggage on to a full rack only space above on top rack, we are mid 70 year old couple it was impossible to lift 22 kg cases above so had to stand up the entire journey with Wheeled luggage on the floor of the bus. Nightmare!,, we have been clients of APH for over 30 years and previous company Security Park. Never use them again. The advertising for APH say that they help with luggage and pride themselves on this. Sent a complaint to Head Office had a reply saying Manchester Depot will contact me- still waiting. Head office did call with a apology and offer to help in future- there will not be a future booking. 3-4 bookings a year for 30 years.”
“I find the service APH provides are normally excellent that's why l rate 5 * but l must say that the last time was a let down the return bus was late which had a knock on effect with the number of people waiting and couldn't fit on the bus.
Saying that I have already booked for the next holiday because as l have said they are normally first rate”
