“Not sure if the directions are accurate so just as well to follow your nose to the mid stay parking...On exit, only one way open so if a car has an issue you are stuck behind it, which we were. Then, when our turn we became the problem as although I had prepaid and got in just fine instantly, barrier would not open on exit so had to buzz for assistance. Not good at all or as advertised...”
“10 min walk from T1 very convenient. Easy walk achieved with 2 adults, a 7 year old and a 3 year old and 4 cases! Had never parked at airport before but was so easy and not as expensive as assumed would be!”
“Barrier would not open for entry or exit. Help button pressed on both occasions but not answered for several minutes. Operatives inaudible and weren’t interested in my reference number- so why give me one?! No explanations given and after several minutes barrier lifted. Long queues behind me, felt I’d done something wrong which I hadn’t! V poor service !”
