“Easy to arrange online and find. No under cover parking and had to go up a ramp and park in upper level which I didn’t like as it was icy conditions. More under cover parking needed but other than that no complaints.”
“The directions to find the car park weren’t very clear but that might say more about the airport than the parking itself. I liked that there was no having to take a ticket and it was all on number plate recognition, drove up barrier raised and parked. On leaving drove up to barrier and it raised after reading the plate. Only thing I would have liked is a clearer marked area of where you’ve parked your car. I didn’t see anything on pillars to advise of a colour or number of the area and had to remember where I’d parked which after a week and an early start was challenging”
“Have used this before without problems. Unfortunately the barrier wouldn’t let us out although our number was recognised on the way in. We had to dig out the email and quote the reference number which caused a bit of a queue while it was sorted out. Parking facilities are fine otherwise”
