“we booked about 6-8 mths before we were due to fly we have used this drop and go service a number of times and find them to be exemplary most of the time .and i feel safe that my car wont of been used whilst ive been out of the country, I drop it off at my chosen time get the shuttle bus to the terminal which is less than 10 mins away and a very smooth and easy transfer to the terminal . The bus driver on the way to the terminal could'nt do enough to help you but unfortunately cant say the same for the driver on the way back to pick my car up he was too busy on his phone and didnt even get out of his seat to help anyone this was a totally stark difference from the polite younger driver on the way to the terminal he was out of the seat offered to help with the suitcases.
I am disabled and appreciated the assistance. would of given 5 * if it wasnt for the miserable driver on the way back think he thought everyone had 9 lives the way he threw that bus about .”
“On return, we witnessed one of the employees speeding a car around the car park, smoking the brakes as he turned a corner, and proceeded to carry on speeding through the car park.
Our car was perfectly fine entering the car park, on return it has a major oil leak and a knocking noise coming from the engine. One of us is a mechanic and it is NOT going to be a cheap fix, potentially needing a new engine!!
