“The process was very fast, quick, easy.
There was no wasting time looking for a space and finding bad parking etc so you can't get into them. The car was just left in a line and then collected by using an automated system.”
“For the second trip running my car was parked at the far end in the purple area - despite having requested a disabled parking space, clearly shown when checking in.
My Blue Badge was clearly visible, yet ignored.
The attendant putting cars into rows on arrival was extremely rude.
I have written a formal complaint to management.

“I was not aware when I booked that the car park was not within walking distance of T2 [the title "Drop and Go" is misleading]. Therefore it was disappointing at having to get a bus to T2. We got on a bus and then had to wait 10 to 15 mins as there was no driver available.
On the return the bus journey was ok.
The check in and key collection was fine and straight forward.”
“we booked about 6-8 mths before we were due to fly we have used this drop and go service a number of times and find them to be exemplary most of the time .and i feel safe that my car wont of been used whilst ive been out of the country, I drop it off at my chosen time get the shuttle bus to the terminal which is less than 10 mins away and a very smooth and easy transfer to the terminal . The bus driver on the way to the terminal could'nt do enough to help you but unfortunately cant say the same for the driver on the way back to pick my car up he was too busy on his phone and didnt even get out of his seat to help anyone this was a totally stark difference from the polite younger driver on the way to the terminal he was out of the seat offered to help with the suitcases.
I am disabled and appreciated the assistance. would of given 5 * if it wasnt for the miserable driver on the way back think he thought everyone had 9 lives the way he threw that bus about .”
