“We had to wait a a long time for the bus and when it arrived there was a large crowd of people waiting to get on. The bus set off with people and cases crowded down the gangway which I felt was dangerous. I will avoid using this car park again.”
“Very good clear instructions, very organised and very well explained upon dropping off the vehicle. The shuttle bus driver was also very helpful , professional and efficient.
Upon return to Manchester Airport it was very confusing however (we had not used the service before). The directions in our booking confirmation said 'Collect your luggage. Collect your car keys from the locker'. The rear of the key collections receipt (with QR code on) said 'To reclaim your car keys, follow signs for the Drop & Go car park'.
Unfortunately we could not see any signs for the 'Drop & Go car park' after collecting our luggage. We asked 5 members of airport staff who all directed us to different places. Eventually we happened to speak to a bus driver who pointed us to the Drop and Go bus stop which we then saw the Drop & Go sign. The shuttle bus, key collection and vehicle collection was great then thanks.
Could the booking confirmation and key receipt text be amended to something like 'After collecting your luggage, take the shuttle bus from the Drop & Go stop (& stop number) to the Drop & Go car park; this will be very helpful thank you. Otherwise the experience was a great one and I will use the service again. Msny thanks”

Your vehicle is scanned and photographed by 7 cameras on arrival so that you drive it way in the same condition it was in when you arrived. The staff are really helpful and the whole place is well signposted.”
