“Although it was a very good service unfortunately we arrived back just over six hours later than planned due to unavoidably missing a flight connection. This meant we had to pay an additional £25 even though I notified APH of this issue as soon as we knew.”
“Excellent drop off and collection service, however we had a problem with our flight which was delayed 24hrs.
As it was the weekend the customer services was closed so we couldn't speak to anyone to inform them of the delay. We did email, but still have not had a reply.
This meant we had to pay an additional parking charge. If they had more support them we would have had peace of mind when collecting the car after the delay.”
