“Initially...all was good. Straight directions to the location. Parked up, handed my car key in, was given return information, and went on my way. Making a mental note, and taking a photograph of where my car was parked.
On return, collected my car key and proceeded to locate my car where I had left bit. Information on my key noted exa key where I'd left my car....except it wasn't where I'd left it. Confused and wandering around the huge car park...after half an hour, I finally found my car. It had been moved, the car seat had been altered, and the driver side mirror had not been folded in, as was left when I dropped my car off. No staff were present for support.
I found this experience very daunting and I became anxious as to where my car actually was.
It's doubtful I will use this car park again.”
