“Excellent instructions led us straight to the drop off point. Handing over was straightforward then off to the bus. Driver was exceptional, he provided help with getting the cases on the bus and into the secure racks for all passengers. Return was as easy as the outbound except that driver offered no assistance whatsoever. Using the scan and key collect system was very easy as was finding our car and leaving the car park.”
