Bit confusing when collecting as drop and go on level 3 but ticket said level 1. Would be useful to state go to level 3 and follow signs for collection of keys. Otherwise no worries”
“Last year we found trying to park at another nearby carpark quite stressful so after reading the reviews about Drop & Go we decided to try that instead and we do not regret it! We parked the car in the bay, walked across to drop our keys off, there was someone around to help with what we needed to do walked outside and the shuttle bus was there. We were checking in within minutes of dropping the car off. The return was just as easy, there was a shuttle bus waiting, got back to the carpark scanned our ticket which told us where the car was parked & again were on our way home within minutes. We also really appreciated the help of the bus drivers helping us to load our cases on the bus. Overall a really positive experience which we would definitely do again.”
“Drop off was super easy. The instructions in the email for collection weren't clear, so we ended up wandering round a bit until we noticed a sign for the D&G bus stop, but pick up wasn't difficult at all once we figured that out.”
