“Convenient parking. Helpful staff on dropping off. Not 5 stars as my seat and steering wheel positions had both been moved...seemed over the top changes to just park my car.”

All fine when picking key up and finding car
Only issue is it’s not very clear where to go to get the bus to the car park after you’ve got your luggage. We followed signs for all car parks. Then had to go back up the road and found the bus for drop and go
Instructions not that clear in the email either.
