“Drop & Go really needs more/larger signage. It is difficult to find when you are driving to drop off your car and there is so much other traffic. I printed off the directions, in massive font size, and had it on my passenger seat this time and still missed the last turn as the signage is small and not that obvious on the last roundabout. The first time that I used D&G it was 5.30 am and pea-soup fog, it was hopeless.
Otherwise the service is brilliant.”
“Easy entry to car park,and curteous staff. On return also easy to use scan system and find the car. The only reason for giving it a 4 is because the person driving the car to the designated spot in our abscence, moved the seat (ok) but alos moved the steering wheel to a position where we could not see the dashboard and did not know how to move it back as we had not done this before... Last time at Manchester airport not his car park but another the drivers had truned the heating up to full blast and changed hte radio .. not sure how to remedy this as aware some people are taller, but they are just very small journeys in the car park.”
