“Easy to use drop and go when went on holiday for a fortnight recently. If you are struggling there are friendly staff to help you navigate the system. It’s not too tricky to use though. We were happy with our DROP AND GO experience.”

“Unfortunately our flight was cancelled at the last minute literally just before boarding. We made our way to the car park knowing our car wouldn’t be ready as we weren’t expected back for another 4 days . We rang reception and were greeted by Darren . This man was so helpful he really went above and beyond even having us follow him out of the car park so we didn’t get lost . Darren was so kind recognising our situation he really did go above and beyond. This was on the 21st of September around 7pm”
“Used drop and go, left my care for 2 weeks, upon my arrival I was told my car had an accident and its front bumper was damaged and that I will be contacted by their claims team in 10 days to guide me how to get car repaired. Its now 20 days, nobody has contacted me and I am driving semidamaged car.
Poor service, will not recommend to anyone”
