“This was my first visit to the Drop & Go parking. The handover of the car was very straightforward and help was available logging into the system for handing over our keys. We were directed to the transfer bus and the driver told me pick up on the return journey was from the same place. The only criticism was the pick up on the return as we seemed to be waiting quite a long time although it was very early in the morning.”
“I always think that these amazingly automated systems won't work, but they do! This was a really good and efficient parking system. More importantly, there were staff to keep the whole thing running smoothly and they were very friendly and helpful. So even the doubters like me can't get it wrong. I'd highly recommend using this service.”
“Great service, on-site at Manchester airport, only a short bus ride by the shuttlebus to and from the terminal. Buses are very regular. Maybe improve the signage as you enter the airport by car and inside the arrivals terminal for where to go, also a clearer address on the email confirmation as we ended up going to wrong address first.”
