“On arrival at the airport, the reception was excellent. Good staff we felt well taken care of. The transfer buses need a rethink.on our return to terminal 1, Not so.
The bus to take us back to drop and go was very full. I think there needs to be a system for separate buses for drop off and pick up”
“Excellent system. So easy to drop our car and collect 2 weeks later. We were flying from terminal 2 and there is a courtesy bus service, but we chose to walk instead. Only took 10 minutes.”
“This worked well. It would be better though if there was a person present 24/7. I’m not sure what you’d do if your car broke down whilst it was parked or if there was a problem with the key return. The instructions to find your car on return could be a bit clearer. But overall we didn’t have any problems.”
“Easy to find, helpful staff, hassle free park, drop and go! Walkable or bus to terminal 1. On return easily scanned at machine, got my car back and located it quickly. Easy to use and rebooked already for next trip.”
“We used Terminal 3 parking and firstly it was really easy to find. Parked up, unloaded and followed the easy signs to the key drop off. Polite and friendly staff available to help with scanning and attaching the fobs and explaining what to do on the return. Nice easy walk to T3. On the return, easy to pick up and instructions on where car is parked. Facilities clean and easy to use. Would definitely use again and recommend as good value also.”
