“We used this service for the 1st time (Aug '22) & were very impressed with how easy it was and will definitely be using it again next time. Parking was simple, all undercover, secure & no pot holes or gravel to trail your suitcase through like the jet parks!!. We flew from Terminall 3 so the short walk to & from the terminal was all undercover so no risk of getting wet if its raining. The key system is very clever and we had no trouble retrieving the key & finding the car on our return. I would highly recommend it to others as we found it much better than previous parking experiences. Thank you”
“The service itself was great, couldn't fault it but I do feel like the signage for where to go and how to get in could have been clearer. Luckily I wasn't charged for going in the wrong multi storey and was able to park in the correct area. But even when I stopped for directions, I was in the wrong place. Once at the drop and go, everything was great. And when I came back to collect my car, it couldn't have been easier. Would definitely use again.”
