“Very good service. Quick and easy to drop off. Only down side was that we landed in Terminal 1 and had to go to Terminal 3 to pick up the car (quite a walk, plus the route was not well signposted).”
“What a surprise, excellent new parking facility located on the airport estate which makes getting to the terminals on foot easy, however, the transport is equally as impressive. Modern technology allows you to enter, park and drop the key without the need to wait in a queue and fill in any additional documentation.
In reverse collecting the vehicle is just as simple and hassle-free. On this occasion, the arrival was delayed almost four hours but it took less than 15 minutes to collect luggage and depart the car park.
My only criticism is the lack of adequate signage.”
“On way there we struggled to find it as not well signposted so it was quite stressful but once got in quite straightforward. However, upon return we struggled immensely finding the correct place where vehicle had been parked up due to signs saying meet and greet and drop and go. We had to go to information centre 3 times and eventually a guy had to show us way to go as been to 2 places with ticket and not accepting it.
Would love to use services again as now we plan to travel more but the experience as left a bitter taste and resulted in the end of the holiday being affected due to instructions and signage not being good.”
