“The directions provided upon booking are terrible. The directions don’t actually take you to the entrance. When you do eventually find the entrance there is a small sign which says only “D&G”. There are no other signs to direct you to the entrance….only one right at the entrance. The location is very difficult to find.
There are insufficient coaches to take you to T2 and they run infrequently.
The instructions to collect your vehicle upon your return are poor and are either incomplete or ambiguous.
I will spend a lot of money in order to avoid using Drop and go in the future.”
“Arrived back early hours of the morning to be met by a manager - my car had been badly dented along one side when being driven by staff inside the car park.
Given forms and told I would be contacted within 10 days. 8 days and waiting still. No option to phone.
Cannot see why it takes so long to get in contact.
The manager admitted it was their fault - now driving a damaged car.”
