“Unable to use parking as had an unexpected breakdown of car. APH refused to refund as policy requires a 2 day cancellation notice. Breakdowns etc are unplanned events which cannot be anticipated or known so therefore the policy should have some contingencies in place for such happennings. £100 of hard earned money wasted through no fault of our own. Disappointed. But to be fair i cannot review the parking facilities themselves as did not get opportunity to use it .”
“On arrival there was no sign of the APH car park and at 5am there was no one to ask. 'Drop & Go' meant nothing. We eventually came across a Drop and Go entrance and without knowing if that was the right place we went in there and after that it was easy. You must improve the signage - sogns for APH would be good.”
“On arrival we was told the car park was full and was directed to the mid stay (not what we’d booked) we then had a 10 minute walk with 3 cases and a baby in a pram to the bus stop at 3am!
Then upon arrival after our trip we had to wait 30 minutes for a bus! (Every 10 minutes on the website apparently). Once the bus came it was a free for all as there was to many people for 1 bus and the driver was rude to everyone else waiting about how long the next bus would be. (“Every 10 minutes”) like a robot was his reply.
Overall I’d give it a 1 out of 10 and that’s only because I came back and my car was actually still in one piece and not left on bricks.”
“Once we found the carpark it was easy to use. Staff around to point you in the right direction. Checking in all done on screens but staff there to assist and take your car keys. Explained what to do when arriving back to pick up you vehicle. Plus you get a ticket which explaines. Will definitely use again.”
