“Friendly helpful staff and easy to find when directions are followed. The only issue stopping me from rating the facility as Very Good is that D & G parking cannot be identified from a distance and there are no directional signs to the bus stop or oarking in the arrivals area. A number of arrivals went to the meet and greet area before finding the bus stop. Otherwise the facilities, staff and parking were very good.”
“What an excellent service we had from drop and go! Very easy to find as well sign posted , easy to,park up, label keys up and put in box.
On return bus was 2 mins to take us back to car and very simple to scan receipt and get keys then return to car which was parked up perfectly!

“I arrived and parked the car. It was impossible to work out where to go to drop the keys. Very very very confusing. Then when I came back to pick up the keys as I was told to they weren't in the box and I had to go into the office where I was told I'd used meet and greet or something instead of drop and go. Everybody was very polite and I am sure the service could be good if it was just explained and signposted a bit better. I didn't need this stress when travelling.”
