“First time we have used Drop and Go found it easy to get to as they entered on order directions to get to car park the sat nav post code does not always take you to drop off
Once getting to drop off parked car easy to follow. Man at check in was very helpful
On return used the scan print off ticket in machine and got keys Really good system
Thank you”
“Excellent
So simple and easy
No need to take bus to T1
Walked it with 5 mins.
Don't have to allow extra time going to airport and coming back was very easy and quick.
Will definitely use afain”
“When dropping the car off we were asked if either myself or my husband was disabled. My husband is so we replied yes and stated his Blue Badge was in the car. On our return and collecting the car, we were advised that the car was parked in the yellow zone which was the furthest possible point away from the key collection point and there was numerous empty disabled spaces. My husband had to struggle to walk the length of the car park! Why ask if someone is disabled if you aren’t going to do anything about it? Also when we returned, our keys weren’t available in the locker for some reason, there was no one around to ask for help but eventually noticed a black phone so tried that. It went through to someone one who said “oh yes they’re on the hook here, don’t know why they’re here” to which he brought them to us but don’t understand why they weren’t ready for us, we weren’t late back.”
“This was my second visit to Drop & Go. The drop off was excellent with staff on hand to deal with any queries. However the same could not be said for the pick up. I had problems getting my keys and there were no staff on hand to help and I had to rely on another customer to help me otherwise I do not know what I would have done. I appreciate it was early morning but there could at least be a telephone helpline - just a suggestion.”
