“Easy to book and easy to use when we arrived. A colleague was there to assist us checking in. The shuttle bus was waiting when we left and also when we arrived into Manchester Airport. The system to collect the car was easy to use and well sign posted. We will definitely use this service again.”
“Easy to use service - I’ve used several times and always been great, slight quibble there are usually staff guiding traffic to lanes when you arrive - there was no one there on 7th Jan when I arrived so it was a bit more complicated than normal to find where to go”
“Hadn't used this parking before. Directions were good but had expected to see the APH symbol, so got a bit confused. other than that, it was efficient and I would use again.”

“It's a little tricky to find the entrance from the airport road network and signage should be improved. In addition, the 'key collect' process requires two changes of floor and a relatively long walk from Terminal 3. These might be a challenge for people who have a disability or limited mobility. Nevertheless, the parking space is good, undercover, and more convenient than park & ride alternatives. I would use the service again.”
