Returning 7/12/25 00: 00 and pre paid £52.19
On our return to drop and go we were unable to retrieve our key as we were informed we had an excess to pay. we arrived before 00: 00. I went to the office reception on floor 2 who were very unhelpful and uninterested and insisted I paid £61.40 the excess for 23 hrs . It is clear from the receipt attached that we arrived before midnight and the date is clearly documented as 07/12/25 .”
“The signage should be clearer. D &G on a black background looks like signage intended for HGVs so this was confusing and we had to ask. Made sense once we knew! It would also have been a nicer experience if our car wasn’t parked at the very far end of the car park when returning home.”
