“Lack of signage around the airport in the direction of the “Drop & go” zone.
The car was very dirty when it was returned to us, looking like it was left near a workshop due to all the dust on it.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.”
“The service is simple to use, I just wished they paid enough attention to the fact as a disabled person asking for my car to be located near the entrance upon return to find out it was no where near the entrance was disappointing when I even left my disabled badge on the seat for verification and answered yes on the machine and notifing the team when handing the keys over.”
“Machine wasn’t recognising anyones return ticket so everyone had to queue up for their keys. A few notices should have been up as everyone kept trying if their tickets were working first causing confusion / slight frustration”
