“This was the first time we have used Drop & Go at the airport and we will definitely use them again!
Drop off -It's important to remember the lane number you parked the car in! There was a helpful guy at the key drop-off area talking us through the check-in procedure, which was all by touch screen. You scan the booking code, enter the return flight details & leave the key in the machine (remember to keep the little printout card somewhere safe as it needs to be scanned when collecting the key back) Then go out to the shuttle bus which picked us up after only a few minutes wait. As the car park is on the airport site the shuttle journey to the terminals was very quick.
Key collection on the return was all automated, just scan the card you were given on check-in and it opens a little locker which holds your key. The label attached to the key tells you which colour zone and lane number your car is parked in and off you go! Quick & Simple!
It wasn't the cheapest car park on offer but we would highly recommend Drop & Go because of the location, the efficiency of the check-in & key collection and the short wait & quick transfer time on the shuttle bus.”
“The directions given when booking parking were inaccurate and useless. It took three attempts to find the car park and the bus driver taking passengers to the terminal was bad mannered and aggressive with people.
Coming back was great - didn’t bother with
the bus - found it straight away and key pick up was straightforward and was driving out the car park in no time at all”

The shuttle bus was very efficient and the driver friendly and helpful, but the person on duty when we collected our car seemed to have a somewhat offhand attitude as if we ought to have known what we were doing. As it was our first time we didn't! Apart from that it all seemed to work very well.”
“Drop & Go is conveniently located and we thought that the concept is good. Only problem fir us related to the instructions on return which we felt were complicated and unclear. People on reception were very helpful, thankfully. Linking the return barcode to the booking barcode might have helped, as might more detailed guidelines for return.”
