“Drop off worked fine. On the return the technology failed as the bar code from dropping off had failed to print properly and was not recognised for collection. Had to wait for a supervisor to come and manually issue another bar code using car registration to release the car keys for collection.”
“Staff friendly and helpful. Easy to use service but the instructions and the signs didn't seem to align.
Main issues were on arrival most signs just say D and G, however I was looking for drop and go, it would be simpler if the instructions said this. On returning we couldn't see any signs of the easiest way back when in the arrivals terminal, but managed to work out the way we came.”
