“Whilst the drop off was seamless and the service excellent the problem started on the return journey.
Having arrived at 0300 we made our way through baggage and security making our way to the APH pick up location. 2 APH buses later we were told there isn’t a bus from Terminal 2 to the pick up point at Terminal 3. This resulted in us having to pay £16 for a taxi.
Once arrived at the pick up point the collection was equally as simplistic.
If this is the case then this needs to be made clear on the website.”
“Very easy to use and very good location as 5 min walk from terminal 1.
Simple process and we had no problems whatsoever with dropping off and collecting the car on our return. First time we have used these but I will definitely be checking prices again to use in the future as it was very reasonable on this occasion”
“It's a simple system that works. You just drive in and park up in the numbered lane you are given and leave the key in the key room. When you return to the key locker room you just scan the ticket when you deposited your key and the screen shows which locker has your key and in which coloured bay your car is parked.”
“It's a great system, going out was fine, dropped the car and straight onto a bus which dropped us at the terminus.
The return journey was not as smooth, arriving back in Manchester there were long queues and it was about 5am, it had been or was shift handover and there had been no buses for a considerable time, therefore the usual smooth running was halted due to numerous planes arriving and no buses running.
On returning to the car park the retrieval of the car was great. And just to mention the bus driver was really helpful, lifting bags on and off the racks, which were quite high for short people with heavy bags. Thanks to him.”
