“Using drop and go meant less time needed at the airport and a quicker getaway when arriving home. We have used it three times now and never had a problem. There are always staff on hand to help. There are no problems finding somewehere to park when arriving and your car is easy to find an never far away when you get back.”
“Terrible experience. Loads of work being done at the bus stop and nowhere to stand, had to wait in the pouring rain with a 10 week old baby and a 4 year old. Then the bus finally turned up after 30 mins, and the bus driver (older woman with red hair) was the rudest woman I have ever met, she was so rude to my husband it was shocking.
I will not be using this service again, after my very disappointing experience!”
“good idea but second time we have used this and they didnt get it right again.
after collecting our keys we couldnt find our car! we rang the helpline for help and they stated it should be in the purple zone bay 6 as per key info. we sent our teen around the car park and she found it had been parked in wrong bay colour - maybe person parking misread sign? but this is not good! as we thought our car was missing and for a good 20 mins went into panic. Also who ever parked card couldn't park as they parked in literally on the parking line and husband had to reverse it out for us to get in couldn't open the passenger doors as so close, luckily next car along hadn't damaged the doors. this system is good if it has no flaws - last time they our keys were not found ons ystem. will contintue to use but think needs to be cheaper if until they can get it 100% or better train staff”
