“the driver for the drop and go bus wouldn't let us on board with a cup of coffee when I had a four hour overnight flight followed by a three hour drive home. I assured him I wouldn't drink it on the bus as I needed it to stay awake while driving (this was 4 am in morning) but he wouldn't let us on unless I finished the coffee. I am not ever coming to your car park if you have such rude drivers.”
“Good service. Return bus was very crowded but the driver was a star and helped anyone who needed it with their luggage. Staff lady in key drop-off also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended parking option.”
“The process didn’t quite work out for me I’m afraid. If the process works it is a great idea. When I checked my car in the lady took my key but didn’t explain the pick up process and didn’t give me a barcode receipt. Thus, when I collected my car I had no way to get my key from the locker. I used the phone to explain and the lady said it was my fault and I was a day late. It wasn’t my fault and i wasn’t a day late. She sorted it for me but her customer service skills were very poor. Such a shame as it would have been perfect without this poor collection service. More training for staff needed.”
