“Whilst the drop off was easy, finding the car (& the separate building) was a nightmare...no signs...very difficult. Would never use this service again”
“Lovely staff was helpful but when I got back the had left my car in gear…it is a diesel so as soon as it turned on it nearly threw me into the rails they also parked it so bad it was like the were drunk. Also hate how you have to scan at each drop box to find your key whey can’t it tell you the right sections to go to or give a description! Also need better signage for the colour code system as so difficult to find anything…god forbid if you are colour blind.”
“This is the second time we've used D& G have been brilliant. Just one thing this time I asked for a disabled bay but found we were in red 3 which was quite a walk for me as I have breathing problems. Thanks Carol Scott.”
