Arrive back, go to the key collection point, box opens with key in, easy directions to find where car is, put bags back in and off you go. Couldn't be easier.”

“On return, the signs direct you to Level 3 but when you get there, there is no sign to tell you how to get your car. There are no signs to tell you, you need to go outside and round the corner to the reception area for your keys. It was very confusing for first- time users of Drop and Go.”
