“Service was fantastic dropping the car off and getting to the airport but the problem arose upon our return journey. We waited outside terminal 2 for over an hour for a bus to turn up and take us to the drop and go service. Waiting with 3 children, one in a pram after travelling all day was not something we would expect. 1 bus turned up in this hour period, however the same could be said for jet parks. I believe the traffic on-site was bad but when we called up to get an update, the phone was put down on us before we could ask the question to find out why no buses where not coming. Overall I was deeply unhappy with the level of communication and also the cramming of people and cases onto the bus was uncomfortable with 3 small children. Unfortunately it’s not a service I would try again due to this experience. Maybe we caught this on a bad da, however it’s not a risk I would take again. Also the key lockers were not working to dispatch people keys when they eventually got to the car park, which must have been frustrating.”
“Absolutely fantastic service.
We arrived to check in at 3:30 am and we didn't expect staff to be around at that time to assist in checking in, but there were. The directions were so easy to follow to the drop & go and parking was so easy.
When we returned I had misplaced the collection ticket, but a quick call from the courtesy phone and this was all sorted.
We would certainly use drop & go again at Manchester Airport.”
“Manchester airport Drop and Go is a very safe and secure facility that is simple to use and hassle free. I have never had a problem in the the many times I have left my car there and i will continue to use it and recommend it to all my friends.”
“After a late flight and a flight delay we came back to a punctured tyre! No one around to assist, and that was the absolute last thing we needed when we were exhausted. The drivers need to pay more attention to the vehicles in their care, and also the car park clearly needs to be better maintained if merely moving the car to a designated space can cause a puncture. We have had to put the car into Mercedes to get a new tyre today as a result, meaning more time out from work.”
“Whilst I have recommended Manchester's drop and go, it is not somewhere I will use again. This is because my seat had been totally altered in that the back had been tipped back from an upright position and the seat lowered so I found it difficult to see or to be able to drive comfortably. It took me several minutes to adjust it so that I could drive away. The reason I recommend it is that it is close to the terminals and the process fairly straightforward.”
