The buses do take a time to arrive 20minutes in our case.
Would consider walking if going from terminal 1 next time.
The drop off and pick up of our car was very good and once at the car park took 5 minutes either way”
“Very easy , dropped car off at drop off. Dropped key in box requested, off on bus to terminal.
On return scanned ticket given to us when dropping key off which opened a drawer with key in. Picked car up from where instructed on key tag, put cases in car and off we went, doddle

“Everything went great. We had never been before and we were not sure how it works. Helpful staff were available everywhere to explain where to go and what to do and it all went smoothly. The bus was ready and waiting for us.
On the return we found the bus stop and waited a few minutes. At the parking garage another staff member was on hand to assist with getting our key back and finding the car. All this at about 2.30am! Very impressive.”
