“We had a very good experience both departing and arriving. I accidentally left my phone in the car and we went back for it and the staff immediately went and got it even though the car had already been moved. The system is straightforward and there are staff ready to assist you dropping off your keys.
Picking up was easy as you put in your code and the key box was highlighted on the screen and the box lit up. It can be a lot of walking so disabled people would probably need assistance.”
“Great location at the airport and easy to park vehicles. However, signposting was poor and instructions to get to D&G were poor on arrival. It would be great that these instructions such as : 1. Take bus to Drop & Go. 2. On first floor obtain your key. 3. The key tab will indicate were your vehicle is parked”
