“The computerised system sent through a return date of just before midnight on new years eve rather than the actual time and date booked a for few days later. Nobody was available to assist or conform a computer error. I had to book another parking session , hence paying for 2 sets of parking .”
“Everything went well and on reception we were treated exceptionally well. Car was easy to find on return. However being short person (five feet six inches) I can understand my seat being moved backwards. But it was also lowered and the steering wheel position changed. The temperature control had been adjusted from 23 degrees to 28 and the fan speed increased. All this made it slow to move off as I tried to find my original positions. By all means move the seat backwards but for the short distance the car has to be moved by you there is no need for any other adjustment”
