“Great value service but OMG the signage on arrival back to airport needs SERIOUS attention after a 12 hour day we had to haul 10 bags in 3 ski bags around the perimeter of the whole site!!! No signs showing the D &G bus as there was on drop off…”

Also, I can’t remember her name but the lady who greeted us on arrival was so friendly and helpful. She’s a credit to your team. I wish I had it in me to be that nice at 3 in the morning!”
“I was travelling with a surf board, on the way out I didn’t have a problem.
On the way back the guy wouldn’t let me on the bus and was quite rude. We had also waited over 25 minutes for the bus.
I asked if he could advise me on how to get to the drop and go car park but ignored me and told me to get off.
He was radioing everyone to not let me on the buses.
The next bus that came, didn’t have a problem and let me on.
This has really put me off booking again unfortunately.”
