“Airport parking has got VERY expensive so you want the best you can get for your hard earned cash. Whist dropping the car and key off was straightforward, the return was less so. The key pick up relies on you finding the right block of key boxes to which your scan code applies, they are labelled A, B, C, & D. However, when you walk into the pick up area, you can't see the labels and have to walk around until you find yours (in our case, C). But they aren't in a logical order so people are walking around getting in easch others way. When you get the key it gives you an area colour and a parking bay number in that area but it's the first time you use the car park, you don't know where your coloured area is - it's a large area. And it was a fair walk to our car with all our ski gear! The bus service is regular and doesn't take too long but the wait for the bus to arrive and depart is longerthan you'd expect and very frustrating when you just want to get home. And having got on a bus, you may as well have used JetParks etc. which are cheaper. Doubt we'll use again.”
